Our mission is to provide positive community-oriented advertising, public relations, and marketing designed to meet our clients' objectives by providing excellent customer service. We seek to become a specialized marketing partner with our clients. Your use of our platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

User Rights and Responsibilities

2.1 User Conduct: Users must behave respectfully and legally on our platform. Any violation may result in consequences outlined in Section 7.

 

3.1 Overview: At LSM Media LLC, we provide positive community messages that promote businesses across the county.  Our commitment is to deliver these positive community-orientated messages on radio stations and applications throughout the USA. 

3.2 Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for enhancement and evolution. Users will be duly notified of significant changes.

Payment Terms

4.1 Fees: Users agree to pay the specified fees for our services. Details on fees are available at the point of sign-up. 

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through the Stripe payment platform. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.  Ensure your account has sufficient funds to avoid disruptions. We have a NO Refund Policy. At the point of sale, we advise you that we go into production immediately after purchasing our product. Some editing of the product can be done on a circumstantial basis. Refunds are not allowed.

Privacy Policy

6.1 Ownership: LSM Media LLC retains ownership of all intellectual property, ensuring a secure and innovative environment for all users.

6.2 User Content: By uploading content, users grant LSM Media LLC rights to use it within the scope of our services.

Termination and Suspension

7.1 Grounds for Termination: We may terminate accounts for nonpayment or use of illegal or copyrighted material. 

7.2 Consequences: Termination may result in the commercial pulled off the air.
